This guide will provide you with detailed instructions to set up your email with My Hosting Bubble on your Apple Mac with Thunderbird.<\/h3>\n

  1. Firstly we will begin by opening your\u00a0Thunderbird application and start to set up your email

  2. In the left hand column click on ‘Local Folders<\/strong>‘
    \n
    \"set<\/center><\/li>\n
  3. Next in the Accounts<\/strong> section under Create a new account,<\/strong>\u00a0click ‘Email<\/strong>‘
    \n
    \"set<\/center><\/li>\n
  4. Now click on ‘Skip this and use my existing email<\/strong>‘ located at the bottom left of the pop-up box
    \n
    \"set<\/center><\/li>\n
  5. Here you will need to enter the name of your Name<\/strong>, Email address\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<\/strong>Password<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>once you have completed this please click on \u2018Continue<\/strong>\u2019

  6. Make sure IMAP<\/strong> \u00a0is selected, and click on ‘Manual config<\/strong>‘<\/span>

Next we will add the details for your Incoming Mail server, Outgoing Mail Server\u00a0and Username, please make sure the Account Type is set to ‘IMAP<\/strong>‘, now enter the details for your\u00a0Incoming Mail<\/strong>\u00a0Server<\/strong>\u00a0as\u00a0imap.myhostingbubble.com<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>next\u00a0enter your\u00a0Outgoing Mail Server <\/strong>details\u00a0<\/strong>as\u00a0smtp.myhostingbubble.com<\/strong>,\u00a0now enter your\u00a0User Name,\u00a0<\/strong>which is your email address, and lastly you need to change the security settings for the Outgoing mail server in the column called SSL,<\/strong> click where it will say ‘None<\/strong>‘\u00a0and select ‘SSL\/TLS<\/strong>‘ from the drop down box,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<\/strong>now\u00a0<\/strong>click \u2018Re-test<\/strong>\u2019
