  1. Please open your web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Internet Explorer ect..) and go to our website<\/a>, to start setting up your\u00a0‘Out of Office’ for your email with webmail.

  2. Click on ‘Webmail<\/strong>‘ at\u00a0the top\u00a0right-hand side of the screen

  3. Add your email address as your Username<\/strong> and enter your Password, <\/strong>now click\u00a0‘Login<\/b>‘

  4. Now click on ‘Settings<\/strong>‘ located at the upper right of the page

  5. <\/center>From the bottom of the first column click on ‘Auto Reply<\/strong>‘ you\u00a0can enter your Out of office (or any other auto response message), start by clicking on ‘Enabled<\/strong>‘ enter your Subject, <\/strong>in this case Out of Office\u00a0<\/strong>and then enter the\u00a0Message <\/strong>you wish to accompany the Auto Response, ie; I will be out of the office until….please contact…, lastly click on ‘Save<\/strong>‘ and your Auto Responder is all set up. To remove the Auto Response on your return simply unclick ‘Enabled<\/strong>‘ and click ‘Save<\/strong>‘
